Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (1-3 years experience) located in Nashik. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, and conducting market research to identify trends. The individual will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention while achieving sales targets. Routine activities include preparing client proposals, attending sales presentations, and representing the company at events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and relationship management skills with the ability to generate leads, identify opportunities, and close deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and crafting effective proposals
• Understanding of IT services, modern web technologies (e.g., React.js, Node.js, WordPress), and AI-driven solutions is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the IT industry is preferred but not mandatory
