What You’ll Do

Clinical Research & Innovation

• Design and lead

  Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs)

  and pilot programs involving neuromodulation (tDCS/tACS) and cognitive therapies (CET).
• Serve as the operational and scientific lead on clinical protocols across conditions such as postpartum depression, substance use disorders, neuro-oncology, and adolescent mental health.
• Develop and publish

  case studies and peer-reviewed research

  that redefine standards in cognitive and behavioral science.

Translational Science & Product Strategy

• Lead translational research that bridges

  bench to bedside

  —from hypothesis to prototype to impact.
• Contribute to the development of

  digital cognitive modules

  that are clinically informed, user-friendly, and outcome-oriented.
• Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and designers to refine interventions based on real-world feedback.

Scientific Leadership & Advocacy

• Represent Marbles in research and clinical communities, academic conferences, and collaborations with public/private institutions.
• Write

  research grants

  , papers, and stakeholder briefs that capture the scientific rigor and visionary ambition of our work.

Who You Are

Qualifications

• Master’s, M.Phil., or PhD in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in

  clinical trials, mental health research

  , or within high-growth startups.

Skills & Mindset

• Deep understanding of behavioral science and cognitive intervention design.
• Hands-on experience designing and running behavioral or neuropsychological experiments.
• Excellent academic writing and data synthesis skills. Prior publications = a strong advantage.
• Comfortable in

  ambiguous, fast-paced, impact-first environments

  .
• Technologically fluent: familiarity with research tools, digital health platforms, or cognitive training apps is a plus.
