비즈니스 애널리스트는 조직의 비즈니스 요구사항을 분석하고, 데이터 기반 인사이트를 제공하여 전략적 의사결정을 지원하는 역할을 수행합니다.

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business requirements, provide data-driven insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

▪︎ Facilitate communication with stakeholders and align on requirements

▪︎ 프로젝트 지원 및 솔루션 구현 참여

▪︎ Assist in project implementation and solution delivery

▪︎ KPI 모니터링 및 성과 분석

▪︎ Monitor KPIs and analyze business performance

▪︎ 경영, 경제, 통계, IT 등 관련 전공 또는 동등 경험

▪︎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

▪︎ 데이터 분석 및 문제 해결 능력

▪︎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

▪︎ Excel, SQL, BI 툴(Tableau, Power BI 등) 활용 가능

▪︎ Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

▪︎ 프로젝트 관리 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

▪︎ Strong communication and project coordination skills

▪︎ 비즈니스 프로세스 이해 및 개선 경험

▪︎ Understanding of business processes and process improvement

▪︎ 한국어 비즈니스 레벨, 영어 가능자 우대

▪︎ Business-level Korean; English proficiency a plus

▪︎ 대한민국 내 오피스 근무 (On-site)
