JOB DESCRIPTION OF ZONAL SERVICE MANAGER Job Responsibilities: Drive the team for service business & achieve the Quarterly & Yearly budgets. Achieve &Maintain the Printer to Engineer Ratio Achieve &Maintain the percentage of repeat breakdown calls Goals / KPI /KRA Setting Periodically upgrade selfs technical and commercial skills Undertake frequent upcountry travelling & sometimes even at short notice. Maintain the Quality of Installation, training provided to Customer & its operators. To monitor breakdown calls on real time basis ( 24x7) so as to ensure immediate response & low resolution time. Minimizing Breakdown call per printer. Prioritize calls whilst focusing on A & B grade customers. Timely escalate to reporting manager for any pendency. Regular evaluation of engineers technical and commercial capabilities. Identify training needs for respective team members & escalate to reporting manager Ensure AMC/ spare quotes are sent to customers for the respective territory through office promptly The defective spare part used for warranty/ CAMP printers SERVICE Management to be returned to factory as per company set timeframe. Visit regularly all customers with special focus on A & B class customers and build strong rapport with them. 100% adherence on installation standards and ensure the same is maintained as long as it is under CPL obligation Provide technical guidance/ help to respective team members, as & when situation demands. On-field support to be given to all team members periodically. Escalate to Technical Manager for addressable of perennial issues post periodic analysis of breakdown calls. Ensure the team guides customers regarding stocking of consumables. Ensure team members follow customer given safety norms whilst in their premises & maintain discipline Regularly update team members on technical briefings and service bulletins Optimise service related travel cost with proper planning & scheduling Spares Inventory to be maintained at branch & resident locations & reconciled on monthly basis. Preventive Maintenance Schedules to be planned & execute with 100% compliance. 100% compliance to guidelines given by the superiors from time to time. Timely submit reports and provide feedback as per prevalent system to office/ seniors regarding service calls status on real time basis. GENERAL MANAGEMENT Ensure proper upkeep of tool kit on regular basis by the team members & also for own self. Should be well dressed, tidy & presentable when on duty. Should have a mobile in working condition round the clock & attend promptly customers calls on mobile. Should be prepared to attend service calls beyond office hours, in case of any emergency & situation demands Desired Qualifications Zonal Service General Academic (Field of Study) B.E.
