Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager (Pharma) located in New Delhi. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team within the assigned zone, achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Zonal Sales Manager will also conduct regular performance reviews, provide training and mentoring to the sales team, and collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned zone
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
