About the Company

Position: Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and strategic professional to manage the North-East zone, lead the sales team, and expand market presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve zonal sales targets through direct sales routes
• Grow and develop existing customers to maximize revenue • Lead and manage the sales team across the North-East territory • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and distribution channels • Ensure healthy business relationships and consistent sales performance • Leverage strong geographic knowledge for route planning and market expansion • Maintain an excellent sales growth track record

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years
of sales leadership experience (Footwear industry preferred) • Minimum
Graduate
(Post-Graduation is an added advantage) • Strong command over
MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent team-handling, supervision, and evaluation skills • Ability to work efficiently in a complex, multi-dimensional environment • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
