The Zonal Head - Sales & Marketing oversees business operations, targets, and team management within a designated zone. The role ensures market presence, customer satisfaction, and business growth by leading the Counselling & Awareness team and collaborating with other departments. Key Responsibilities: Business Operations: Achieve Sales & Marketing targets. manage finances, approve expenses, and optimize resources. Team Management: Drive performance, recruit and train employees, update SOPs, and implement PIPs. Compliance: Resolve grievances, ensure compliance, and enforce policies. Awareness: Conduct market research, execute campaigns, monitor performance, and manage budgets. Stakeholder Management: Enhance customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships. Qualifications: Bachelors in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred. Proven leadership experience in educational management. 57 years experience in sales management or business development, preferably in a multi-location capacity. Proficient in CRM tools and market analysis. Strong understanding of IT education firms and a passion for improving the Indian education system. Additional Requirement : Ability to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team. Willingness to regularly visit and audit branch. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of proposing and implementing updates to SOPs and guidelines. Strategic thinker who can contribute to organizational strategies.
