Zonal Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy and execution for the Southern region, ensuring revenue and market share targets are achieved.
• Manage dealer networks, distributors, and key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and business growth.
• Identify, develop, and implement business opportunities in fleet management and OEM segments.
• Oversee regional sales teams, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand presence in the market.
• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit controls, and operational processes.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Business/Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in

  tyre manufacturing, fleet management, and factory operations

  .
• Prior experience with

  Indag / Midas

  or similar companies will be highly valued.
• Strong track record of sales leadership with exposure to Southern markets (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu).
• Excellent team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across the region.
