Qualification

• Education : Graduate (+ MBA added advantage)
• Experience : 4+ years of Sales and distribution in FMCG organization
• Exposure to markets of the HQ location
• IT literate with basic fundamentals of MS – Office and Internet Explorer
• MS Office

• Good Stockist Management Skills
• Adherence to systems and processes

• Deliver primary and secondary sales targets in respect of volume, value, product/SKU market mix
• Drive outlet coverage, availability and visibility
• Ensure visibility of company products in stores shelves
• Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing and collections
• Develop short term and long term sales objectives through effective use of sales data
• Application of structured selling process and negotiation techniques to achieve the business targets
• Ensure closure to grievances immediately
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce
• Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
• Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
