Zonal Manager

**Role Overview:** You will be responsible for establishing and optimizing Retail unit processes, managing daily team performance, planning acquisition, allocation & strategic alliances with channel partners, achieving targeted regional growth, coaching and developing direct reports, and implementing performance plans according to company protocol. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish and optimize Retail unit processes, managing daily team performance. - Set up the Retail unit and processes, manage daily performance of all team members, and deliver regular reviews. - Plan acquisition, allocation & strategic alliances with channel partners in the city within the allocated territory. - Achieve targeted regional growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's business plan. - Coach and develop direct reports. - Implement performance plans according to company protocol. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams. - In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer experience management. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with teams and senior leadership. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage metrics for business improvement. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
