Piramal Swasthya is Urgently Hiring for Zonal Manager For Bongaigaon Assam. Requirements:- Experience in leading teams, mentoring staff. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in collecting ,analyzing and presentation to DHS for review. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines efficiently. To travel in the assigned zone . Skill in mobilizing communities and working with local volunteers. Responsibilities:- Oversee implementation of the Sanjeevani VHOP mOdel in the assinged zoe as per NHM guidelines Oversee implementation of the Sanjeevani VHOP mOdel in the assinged zoe as per NHM guidelines. Supervise day to day operations of mobile health teams and ensure service delivery as per schedule. Monitor the functioning and performance of teams across designated villages. Coordinate with assigned zone district officials for effective outreach. Organize and facilitate regular training, orientation, and capacity building sessions for field teams. Ensure timely data collection, documentation, and reporting to the district and state teams. Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities, assess service quality and identify gaps. Liasioning with District Health officials and all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and community participation. Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of Sanjeevani vehicles and devices. Support documentation for audits, reviews and inspections.
