Job Description

The Zonal Manager Sales will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales operations, and leading a team of Regional Managers and Business Development professionals within the assigned zone. The role demands a strategic mindset with strong people management, analytical, and execution skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:

    7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in e-commerce, digital services, or classifieds industry.
  • Preferred Background:

    Experience in managing large field sales teams and driving revenue growth in multi-city operations.
