Job Description

As a Trade Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement zonal trade marketing plans that align with national strategies. Your tasks will include customizing dealer and retailer programs based on local market trends and sales objectives. You will be in charge of planning and monitoring trade promotional budgets and ROI within the zone to drive an increase in display share. You will play a crucial role in channel development and support by leading initiatives to onboard, train, and engage channel partners such as dealers, retailers, architects, masons, interior designers, and contractors. Responsibilities also include driving in-store visibility initiatives like POP materials, signage, store branding, and displays. Supporting the expansion of exclusive stores, MBOs, and enhancing customer experience at various touchpoints is essential. Your purview will involve designing and implementing trade schemes, cashback offers, product bundling, and loyalty programs. Planning and executing zonal retail activations, roadshows, and influencer meets while collaborating with local event agencies for BTL activities will be part of your role. Ensuring branding at exhibitions, trade events, and dealer meets is crucial. Collaboration with sales teams to gather market insights, boost trade engagement, coordination with supply chain and product teams for POS materials and training support, and providing feedback to the central marketing team on zonal requirements are essential tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining dashboards for scheme effectiveness, branding compliance, and dealer performance. Reporting on key performance indicators such as footfall uplift, secondary sales growth, brand recall, and partner satisfaction is also part of your responsibilities. Managing a team of Regional Marketing Incharges, defining and monitoring team KPIs and performance, as well as leading, mentoring, and grooming the team effectively will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will manage marketing budgets for assigned zones efficiently, ensuring timely invoice submission and monthly provisioning. This role will require frequent travel within the assigned zone to oversee execution and meet channel partners.,
