Job Description

As a candidate for the position located in a designated zone (North, South, East, West), you will be responsible for driving the fundraising strategy and targets within the assigned zone. Your role will involve building and managing relationships with CSR, HNI, and institutional donors. Additionally, you will be expected to lead performance and engagement events for the zonal team and represent the zone in conferences and donor forums. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. The ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or sales. Having a strong regional network will be considered a valuable asset. Key skills required for this role include expertise in managing HNI relationships, CSR relationships, marketing, institutional networking, organizing conferences, developing fundraising strategies, building partnerships, managing institutional donor relationships, coordinating events, leading teams, effective communications, and executing fundraising initiatives.,
