Job Role - Zonal Leader

Qualification - BDS / MDS + MBA

Job Type: Full time

Location: Vijayawada & Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants by providing training and mentoring.
• Provide high-quality dental care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of various dental procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
• Building and maintaining strong patient relationships, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Develop and execute effective zonal sales strategies to surpass Goals
• Evaluate and enhance the team's performance, setting clear KPIs and expectations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• BDS with MBA Preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• State license
• Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
