Zonal Business Manager - Vascular Access

As the Zonal Business Manager at Poly Medicure Limited (Polymed), you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities in the Delhi/NCR and Haryana regions. Your role will involve devising regional sales strategies, managing key accounts, and developing new customer relationships to expand the customer base. You will lead a team of 25 individuals, including 3 Regional Business Managers and 20 frontline staff, to achieve the company's yearly objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing inventory control measures, maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and ensuring timely billing and collection processes. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the medical consumables industry, preferably in the Infusion/Vascular portfolio. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record in people management, sales management, channel management, and key account management. You should be results-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
