Key responsibilities

• Sales and P&L management:

  Drive profitable business within the zone and manage the overall profit and loss (P&L).

• Strategic planning:

  Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for the zone, and lead discussions with bank counterparts to achieve sales targets.

• Relationship management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with the senior management of the partner bank(s).

• Business quality and persistency:

  Focus on ensuring the quality of business, reducing customer grievances, and improving customer retention and persistency rates.

• Product and process improvement:

  Provide feedback on product improvements, new product launches, and sales process enhancements to the central team.

• Team management:

  Lead and support regional heads, managers, and teams to focus on sales and support activities. This includes setting targets for each region.

• Cross-selling and campaigns:

  Execute central cross-sell and up-sell campaigns to generate incremental business.
