Zoho Technical Architect

Requirements:

· Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in the Zoho ecosystem.

· Proficiency in Zoho applications, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects,

Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics etc.

· Must have knowledge of third-party integrations.

· Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering techniques

· Experience in documenting business processes, functional requirements, and user stories

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for Zoho-based solutions

·  Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories

·   Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements within the Zoho ecosystem like

Zoho CRM, Zoho Books Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk etc.

·  Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements

·  Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of the Zoho platform and provide recommendations for

optimizing its usage.

·  Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho-based solutions like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books Zoho Inventory,

Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk etc.

·   Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement
