Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zoho One Expert based in New Delhi. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and team leads to customize Zoho applications and workflows to meet business needs. Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing Zoho One suite tools, analyzing business processes, creating custom integrations, troubleshooting, and providing training to team members. The role also involves supporting system maintenance and addressing operational challenges to ensure seamless functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Zoho One applications, including implementation, customization, and integration
• Experience in workflow design, process automation, and CRM optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
• Excellent communication and training skills to guide team members on platform usage
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for system maintenance and updates
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with related software solutions or experience in financial services is a plus
