Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Account Manager to take complete ownership of all Zoho-related systems and applications. The ideal candidate will manage, implement, and maintain all existing, pending, and upcoming Zoho platforms (CRM, Creator, Books, and others). This individual must possess strong technical expertise in the Zoho ecosystem, including Deluge scripting, automation, and API integrations. The role requires close coordination with internal departments to understand business requirements, design efficient workflows, and ensure seamless integration and performance of Zoho applications across the organization.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

2) 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience managing and customizing Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, People, etc.).

3) Proven expertise in Deluge scripting for automation and customization.

4) Strong understanding of Zoho APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

5) Experience in data migration, process mapping, and workflow automation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

1) Zoho Certified Administrator or Zoho Creator Developer certification.

2) Experience designing scalable business processes using Zoho applications.

3) Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Proactive ownership mindset with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of ownership for all Zoho systemsexisting, under implementation, and planned.
• Manage and maintain all Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and any future Zoho modules.
• Design and implement customized workflows, blueprints, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Projects, Accounts, HR, etc.) to capture requirements and translate them into effective Zoho-based solutions.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and internal tools using APIs and webhooks.
• Ensure system stability, data consistency, and accurate reporting across all Zoho platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics, and MIS reports for management review.
• Oversee user access, permissions, and security compliance within Zoho applications.
• Work directly with Zoho Support and vendors to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
• Conduct internal training and user enablement sessions to promote system adoption and best practices.
