Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Zoho Developer & Implementation Specialist at our company, your primary responsibility will be to design, customize, and manage our Zoho One ecosystem. You should have expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Campaigns, with a focus on integrating marketing platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to enhance lead generation and automate sales processes. A crucial aspect of your role will involve tailoring workflows to meet the specific requirements of our Tata Dealer network, ensuring smooth operations and data flow. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho CRM and other Zoho One applications, which includes module customization, layout design, and workflow automation. - Integrate Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns with Zoho CRM for seamless lead syncing. Implement and manage conversion tracking using the Meta Conversions API or related third-party connectors. - Design and deploy automated email marketing sequences and campaigns within Zoho Campaigns. Develop advanced Zoho Forms with conditional logic and dynamic fields for sophisticated data capture. - Write, test, and deploy custom functions and cross-app automations using Deluge scripting to meet specific business requirements. - Analyze, design, and implement bespoke dealer workflows aligned with Tata Dealer processes, automating sales pipelines and integrating dealer-specific modules. - Manage user roles, permissions, data security, and API connections within the Zoho One environment to ensure system integrity and security.
