**KINDLY APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE OF ATLEAST 3 YEARS** Mode of Work: On-site from Sec - 67, Mohali We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Zoho applications across various business units to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and support growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, etc.). Create and manage custom functions, workflows, automations, and integrations using Zoho’s tools and Deluge scripting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software via APIs. Maintain and enhance existing Zoho implementations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance. Create detailed documentation for solutions developed and modifications made. Stay updated with new features and functionalities released by Zoho and advise on their potential use. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption of Zoho applications. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Zoho applications, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. Strong experience with Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs. Ability to design custom modules, create workflows, automate processes, and develop reports/dashboards. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Experience integrating Zoho apps with external systems (using REST/SOAP APIs). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
