About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Process Developer with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in implementing business solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zoho Creator , Zoho Catalyst , and automation tools, along with proficiency in ERP System (Navision, Oracle Suite, SAP), Python , Java, JavaScript and VBA macros . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator/Zoho CRM and Zoho Catalyst with good understanding of Zoho Architecture . Develop connectors/APIs to extract data from different applications and develop end to end workflow based on business requirement. Support and enhance existing ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 , Oracle Suite, SAP and ensure seamless integration using APIs with other tools. Automate business processes using tools like Power Automate and VBA macros . Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Zoho Analytics . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create and maintain documentation for solutions and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on business solution implementation. Proficiency in Zoho Creator/Zoho CRM and Zoho Catalyst . Strong knowledge of Java , JavaScript , Python , and SQL . Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Hands-on experience with VBA macros and Power Automate . Exposure to ERP systems such as Navision Dynamics, Oracle Suite, SAP and understanding of business workflows, data integration using APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Zoho Creator/Catalyst is a plus. Experience with other automation or integration platforms is an advantage.
