About the Role:

Business Process Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using

  Zoho Creator/Zoho CRM

  and

  Zoho Catalyst with good understanding of Zoho Architecture

  .
• Develop connectors/APIs to extract data from different applications and develop end to end workflow based on business requirement.
• Support and enhance existing ERP systems like

  Microsoft Dynamics 365

  ,

  Oracle Suite, SAP

  and ensure seamless integration using APIs with other tools.
• Automate business processes using tools like

  Power Automate

  and

  VBA macros

  .
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using

  Power BI

  and

  Zoho Analytics

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for solutions and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years

  of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on business solution implementation.
• Proficiency in

  Zoho Creator/Zoho CRM

  and

  Zoho Catalyst

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Java

  ,

  JavaScript

  ,

  Python

  , and

  SQL

  .
• Experience with

  Power BI

  for data visualization and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with

  VBA macros

  and

  Power Automate

  .
• Exposure to

  ERP systems such as Navision Dynamics, Oracle Suite, SAP

  and understanding of business workflows, data integration using APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Zoho Creator/Catalyst is a plus.
• Experience with other automation or integration platforms is an advantage.
