Zoho CRM Specialist

You are an experienced Zoho CRM Specialist joining the Sales Operations team, responsible for managing and optimizing the Zoho CRM platform. Your role involves aligning the CRM system with business goals, automating processes, developing custom solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across departments. Your key responsibilities include owning and maintaining the Zoho CRM system, designing workflows for sales processes, building custom modules and automation using Zoho tools, staying updated on the Zoho suite, managing data and reporting, supporting lead and deal management, providing user training, and integrating Zoho with other business-critical tools. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, strong coding skills in Deluge, proficiency in multiple Zoho products, experience in B2B sales operations, knowledge of sales workflows and CRM optimization, data analysis skills, collaboration abilities, problem-solving skills, and a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
