Zoho CRM Specialist

As a skilled Accountant with 3-4 years of professional experience and working knowledge of Zoho CRM, your role at M/s ATMS & Co. LLP in Thane, Maharashtra will involve managing day-to-day accounting operations and supporting sales and customer data management through Zoho CRM. Your responsibilities will include: - Reconciling bank statements, ledgers, and financial reports. - Collaborating with the sales team to align financial data with customer information in Zoho CRM. - Monitoring and tracking sales transactions, invoicing, and collections using Zoho CRM data. - Generating financial and sales reports for management review. - Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Supporting audit activities by providing relevant documentation and reports. - Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of returns. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 3-4 years of accounting experience. - Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM for managing customer and sales data. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. - Good analytical skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills.
