Job Description

As an experienced Zoho CRM Specialist, your role will involve optimizing and managing the Zoho CRM system to ensure seamless sales processes, efficient data tracking, and effective prospect, lead, and deal management. You will collaborate with various teams to refine workflows and deliver technical solutions that enhance performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire Zoho CRM system to ensure proper configuration and optimization to meet business needs. - Work closely with the sales team to design and implement workflows that enhance the efficiency of sales activities, from lead management to deal closure. - Leverage coding expertise to create custom solutions within Zoho CRM, including workflows, automation, scripts, custom modules, and structured processes with Blueprint as required. - Stay informed on the full suite of Zoho products, evaluating their relevance and value for the company to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency. - Ensure accurate data tracking and management within the CRM, creating detailed reports and dashboards for monitoring sales performance. - Build systems to track and manage leads, prospects, and deals, ensuring a well-maintained and visible sales pipeline. - Provide ongoing support and training to sales and operations teams on Zoho CRM usage and best practices. - Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Zoho CRM with other business tools such as marketing automation and customer support systems. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience with Zoho CRM in B2B projects is mandatory; expertise in the platform is required. - Hands-on experience with coding and development within Zoho CRM, including Deluge scripting, API integration, custom functions, and workflow automation. - Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems optimization. - Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and using data to drive decisions. Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data warehousing platforms is advantageous. - Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success teams, and technical staff. - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and fixing CRM-related issues. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, or Business Management. Preferred Skills: - Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus. - Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Sales Operation, Zoho CRM API, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and Zoho API Integration.,
