We are hiring a ZOHO SaaS/CRM Specialist at Dermatouch, a rapidly growing skincare brand in India, based in Ahmedabad. We are seeking individuals with 3+ years of experience to join our team as a CRM Specialist. This is not a senior role, and applicants with experience between 3 to 5 years are encouraged to apply. As a CRM Specialist at Dermatouch, you will be responsible for creating seamless and scalable CRM systems that drive customer success, sales, and retention. Your expertise will be crucial in managing our internal CRM ecosystem, ensuring smooth integration of e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, and sales CRMs. If you have experience working with SaaS tools, particularly ZOHO, as well as legacy software such as SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and HubSpot, and are passionate about building scalable solutions, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the company's CRM platforms across sales, marketing, and customer service. - Integrate CRM with e-commerce tools, marketing automation, customer care software, and other third-party apps. - Ensure data hygiene, platform performance, and timely troubleshooting of technical issues. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, tech, and customer service teams to optimize CRM use for campaigns, segmentation, and automation. - Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to support actionable insights. - Manage new feature rollouts, upgrades, user onboarding, and training. - Work closely with tech vendors to ensure SLAs, compliance, and performance benchmarks are met. What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM systems, preferably in a SaaS or D2C environment. - Strong knowledge of SaaS, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and other sales/marketing tech stacks. - Proven experience in CRM integrations with e-commerce tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar. - Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and retention strategies. - Data-driven mindset with knowledge of attribution modeling, funnels, and conversion metrics. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
