Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM & ERP Professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and managing Zoho applications across CRM, ERP, and related modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our business processes through seamless integration of Zoho solutions across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and Zoho ERP modules (Inventory, Books, Projects, etc.).

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Zoho apps and Deluge scripting.

Develop and automate workflows, blueprints, custom functions, and third-party integrations.

Create custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support various business functions (sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.).

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Zoho systems.

Train internal teams and create documentation for system use and best practices.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, enhance features, and implement process improvements.

Ensure data integrity, security, and user access control across the Zoho ecosystem.

Stay up to date with new Zoho features, releases, and ecosystem trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho ERP tools.

Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, APIs, and Zoho Creator/Zoho Flow.

Hands-on experience in integrating Zoho with third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, G Suite, etc.).

Experience in handling complex workflows, automation, and data migration.

Understanding of business processes across sales, finance, inventory, and operations.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Zoho CRM/Zoho Creator (optional but preferred).

Experience with additional Zoho apps like Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Analytics.

Experience in working with cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment.
