Pelazzio is a premier event venue and full-service event company based in Houston, Texas (USA). We host weddings, receptions, corporate events, and more — serving clients with creativity, professionalism, and a passion for unforgettable experiences.

As we expand our international operations, we are building a strong remote team in India to manage our CRM, digital systems, and internal workflows.

About the Role

Zoho Admin Assistant

This is a hands-on technical and operational role that demands strong communication, proactive task ownership, and excellent documentation habits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and document all Zoho Projects tasks and milestones with clear descriptions, links, and updates.
  • Maintain and optimize integrations across Zoho CRM, Books, Forms, SalesIQ, and Campaigns.
  • Serve as the system liaison between Advertising, Sales, Admin, and Tech departments.
  • Ensure app permissions, workflows, and automation rules are properly structured and updated.
  • Draft professional task notes, internal updates, and emails using ChatGPT or other AI tools for clarity and tone.
  • Actively review Zoho newsletters and resources (like Zenatta) and convert insights into actionable improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and fix CRM ↔ Books sync issues, form submission errors, or system conflicts.
  • Maintain and update company manuals and documentation as processes evolve.
  • Support senior management with system reports, dashboards, and R&D on workflow enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing

    Zoho One apps

    — especially CRM, Projects, Books, Campaigns, and SalesIQ.
  • Strong written English and communication skills (AI-assisted writing encouraged).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain structured documentation and follow through on assigned tasks.
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple departments or remote teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using

    Lucidchart

    ,

    Miro

    , or similar tools to diagram workflows.
  • Familiarity with lead tracking, form integration, and automation design.
  • Understanding of project management best practices and cross-functional systems.

    8 hours/day, with some overlap with U.S. (Houston) business hours
