Type: Full-time (6 days/week)Location: Remote (India)Output: 1 high-quality video per day (5–6/week)Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + performance bonusesSetup: Use your own laptop + licensed editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or FCP)🎯 What You’ll Actually Do
This isn’t a cut-trim-export job. You're not just an editor — you're the visual storyteller of Maheshverse.Take voiceover + script and turn it into a cinematic documentary-style YouTube videoAdd meaningful b-roll, motion text, subtitles, stock, music, emotional rhythmCut with intention: every scene must have flow, meaning, and retentionUnderstand audience psychology: build hooks, pace, tension, and releaseDeliver consistently: 1 polished video per day (5–6 per week)Work closely with Mahesh (founder) to grow the vision and content direction✅ What You Absolutely Need:
1–3 years of YouTube editing or storytelling experienceFluent in Hinglish (you must feel the voiceovers, not just cut them)A real understanding of how content like Rathee, Mehek, or Vox holds attentionAbility to work independently, meet daily deadlines, and improve every weekYour own high-performance laptop and licensed editing software💡 Bonus If You...
