Youtube Channel Manager

This individual will collaborate closely with the tech team, and devise comprehensive strategies to optimize YouTube ad performance for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Channel Growth & Content Strategy

• Provide strategic guidance on content optimization, video SEO, and audience engagement.
• Analyze performance data to spot trends, recommend improvements, and ensure successful channel growth for clients.
• Work with creators and marketing teams to refine content strategies aligned with algorithmic best practices.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

• Develop and present ad performance reports, campaign insights, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to company-wide digital marketing strategies, leveraging knowledge of YouTube and Google Ads best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and update the broader team on new tools, features, and creative strategies to stay competitive in the YouTube advertising space.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with internal departments (Tech, Product, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration of ad tech solutions.
• Foster a culture of open communication, idea-sharing, and continuous learning within your team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• YouTube Channel Growth Expertise:

  Demonstrated experience in guiding and growing YouTube channels, including content strategy, SEO optimization, and audience development.

• Analytical Skills:

  Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to draw actionable insights from campaign performance.

• Communication & Leadership:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

• Education:

  A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.

• Technical Acumen:

  Familiarity with YouTube analytics, third-party social media monitoring tools, or other ad tech platforms is a plus.
