YouTube Channel Manager

Responsibilities:

Channel Ownership & Strategy - Red Bull India (Shorts)

• Define and maintain an effective content calendar and posting frequency.
• Stay updated with YouTube Shorts trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Use platform insights to evolve the channel’s creative and distribution strategy.

Content Ideation & Execution

• Work with the in-house Social Producer brainstorm high-impact, relevant content ideas tailored for Shorts.
• Give clear creative direction for edits, thumbnails, captions, and titles.
• Ensure all content is optimized for performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing YouTube channels (brand or creator-led).
• Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts, content formats, and what drives engagement.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, analytics tools, and audience development techniques.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail — knows what makes a great video and a great thumbnail.
• Experience working in youth culture, sports, music, or storytelling is a big plus.
