Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Therapist Location: Bangalore Qualification: Prenatal and Postnatal Certified Yoga Trainer Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (On-site) Experience: 2+ years (preferred) Salary: 20,000-25,000 per month Start Date: Immediate About Us We are pioneers in integrative care for women’s health. We are now expanding our offerings and inviting a passionate Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Role Overview We are seeking a certified and experienced yoga therapist who specializes in prenatal and postnatal care to lead group classes and one-on-one sessions (Offline and Online). You’ll work alongside physiotherapists and women’s health experts in a clinical, supportive, and empowering environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Design and Deliver Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Sessions Plan and lead safe, well-structured group and individual yoga sessions tailored for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters, as well as postpartum recovery stages. Modify poses based on trimester, fitness level, and clinical considerations (e.g., diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, C-section recovery). Incorporate breathing techniques, pelvic floor awareness, and relaxation tools that support both physical and emotional well-being. 2. Collaborate with Women's Health Physiotherapists Work in close coordination with our in-house physiotherapists to align yoga practices with ongoing rehab and therapy plans. Adjust routines based on client assessments and recommendations from the clinical team to ensure a holistic, evidence-based approach. 3. Educate and Empower Clients Teach body awareness, proper posture, and breath mechanics to help clients feel empowered in their own healing. Offer lifestyle advice (within scope) around sleep positions, basic nutrition, stress relief, and mindfulness as relevant to pregnancy/postpartum. 4. Create a Safe and Supportive Environment Maintain a nurturing and non-judgmental space where women feel seen, safe, and supported. Ensure safety protocols are followed, and assist clients in adjusting props or positions as needed. Provide emotional support, especially for first-time mothers or clients managing physical pain or emotional stress. 5. Contribute to the Studio’s Growth and Vision Participate in occasional workshops and educational sessions hosted by the studio. Share ideas to innovate programs or support online initiatives (e.g., short yoga clips, prenatal/postnatal reels). Represent company's core values of compassion, clinical integrity, and women's empowerment.
