Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Workspace Designer located on-site in Pune. The Workspace Designer will be responsible for designing and planning high-performance workspaces. Key tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements, creating design concepts, and developing detailed plans. The role also involves optimizing space utilization, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and integrating sustainable design principles. The designer will work closely with the architectural team, using AI-powered tools and data analytics to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Design skills, including Interior Design
• Experience with Sustainable Design and Environmental Performance Optimization
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills
• Ability to conduct and apply Rigorous Research in design processes
• Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Architecture, Interior Design.
