Role Overview We’re looking for a Workshop Service Advisor who can make workshops compliant, efficient, and profitable. You’ll be the bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring every repair or service is handled professionally and every customer leaves satisfied (and preferably impressed). Key Responsibilities Ensure workshops meet compliance standards and follow proper operational processes. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle issues and explain required services clearly. Use strong sales and persuasion skills to convert walk-ins and inquiries into actual service jobs. Handle customer complaints tactfully and provide timely resolutions that maintain trust and satisfaction. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance work. Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers.
