Workshop Manager : Luxury Cars

Job Summary:

The Workshop Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Audi workshop. The role demands efficiency in scheduling, overseeing service quality, managing manpower, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and improving customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily work schedules and assign jobs to technicians and mechanics.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis, timely service delivery, and quality assurance.
• Manage parts inventory, tool calibration, and workshop cleanliness.
• Supervise customer handling and ensure satisfaction with post-service feedback.
• Maintain compliance with Audi service protocols, ISO standards, and workshop safety regulations.
• Monitor productivity, technician performance, and operational KPIs.
• Liaise with service advisors, customer service staff, and OEM representatives.

Profile Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of work experience in a premium automotive workshop (luxury brands preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge and customer handling skills.
• Ability to lead a team, solve on-ground service issues, and manage escalations.
• Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and technical documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
