Workplace Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electronics Manufacturing Trainer to deliver hands-on training and development programs for employees involved in electronic assembly, testing, quality control, and production processes. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing workforce skills, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs on electronics assembly, soldering, PCB manufacturing, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.

Conduct classroom, workshop, and on-the-job training sessions for new hires and existing employees.

Assess skill levels and provide individual coaching and mentoring where required.

Create and update training manuals, SOPs, visual aids, and competency checklists.

Ensure trainees comply with quality standards, safety protocols, and production best practices.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training modules.

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide reports to management.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.

Strong focus on quality, precision, and safety compliance.

Work Environment

Training delivery will be a mix of classroom and shop-floor (hands-on) sessions.

May involve shift-based training depending on production schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
