Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented professional to support the Workers’ Compensation – Attorney Process. The role involves handling case documentation, preparing legal files, coordinating with attorneys, and updating claim information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Review Workers’ Compensation case files, medical summaries, and claim reports.* Coordinate with attorneys, insurance carriers, and clients for case progress.* Prepare and process legal documents: demand letters, liens, settlement forms, etc.* Perform accurate data entry in legal/case management systems.* Track hearings, depositions, deadlines, and follow-up tasks.* Handle inbound/outbound calls for claim or case clarification.* Maintain compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and US WC regulations.* Support attorneys with documentation and case preparation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 1–3 years’ experience in Workers’ Compensation / Attorney Support / Legal BPO (preferred).* Strong knowledge of US Workers’ Compensation processes.* Good communication and documentation skills.* Ability to manage sensitive, confidential information.* Proficient with MS Office & legal case management tools.* Quick learner with understanding of legal terminology.
