Workday Tester

As a Workday Functional Test Analyst at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the testing and quality assurance of multiple Workday modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Execute test cases for Workday implementations and enhancements - Perform unit, integration, regression, and/or user acceptance testing across Workday modules - Document and track defects, collaborating closely with technical teams and business stakeholders - Validate Workday configurations and business processes against functional requirements Additionally, you will be expected to: - Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements - Translate business needs into functional specifications and Workday configuration requirements - Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within Workday - Maintain detailed documentation of test results, configuration changes, and process flows - Provide regular status updates and testing metrics to project teams Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 3+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or similar role - Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Workday Test Framework, Smartsheet, or third-party testing platforms - Strong understanding of Workday modules like HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this role include: - Workday Pro Certification or equivalent Workday training - Experience with Workday Reporting (Custom Reports, Calculated Fields) - Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment In addition to the exciting responsibilities and qualifications, joining our team offers the following benefits: - Hands-on training and mentorship - U.S.-based organization - Opportunities to earn Workday certifications - Exposure to international projects - Comprehensive health insurance Join us in a hybrid work environment and contribute to our dynamic team.,
