As a seasoned IT professional with over 8 years of experience, including 5+ years in developing Integration using Workday Technology, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations using Custom Report, EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI, and Workday Studio. - Leading at least one End-to-End Workday Implementation project. - Gathering and analyzing requirements, providing technical advice, and suggesting best practices for integration development and implementation. - Providing solutions and integration development with Workday, including requirements gathering, technical specifications, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT, and deployment. - Maintaining and supporting existing integrations by resolving defects, enhancing, and applying necessary updates. - Monitoring and ensuring the successful completion of integration runs. - Ensuring the smooth operations of the Workday System Architecture, including all interfaces (integrations) and custom reports/dashboards. - Tracking issues and risks, communicating status, and escalating concerns. - Staying updated on emerging trends and new functionality related to the Workday product. - Working independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and team members to define requirements and develop robust solutions. - Collaborating with functional teams for discovery and design sessions when required. - Partnering with the team on integration solution design, development, delivery, and documentation. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related functional field. Additionally, you should possess the following required skills: - Certification in at least one Workday integration technology track: Workday Pro Connectors and Document Transformation, Workday Pro Integrations Administration, or Workday Pro Studio. - Ability to work during US-India Overlapping Hours. - Strong analytical and designing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team. - Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to learn beyond training.,
