Job Description

As a Workday Support Analyst, you will be responsible for handling HR escalations and inquiries promptly and professionally. You will manage repeatable HR processes with a focus on accuracy and meeting SLAs. Additionally, you will conduct data audits, collaborate with HR partners to ensure data accuracy, and work with vendors for system updates, mass uploads, and configurations. Troubleshooting issues in HR systems, particularly Workday, will also be a key part of your role. You should be able to identify and escalate process gaps, suggest improvements, and prioritize your daily workload in coordination with the team lead. Flexibility in working rotational shifts, including US business hours, is required. Key Responsibilities: - Handle HR escalations/inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Manage repeatable HR processes with a focus on accuracy and meeting SLAs. - Conduct data audits and coordinate with HR partners to maintain data accuracy. - Partner with vendors for system updates, mass uploads, and configurations. - Support troubleshooting of issues in HR systems, especially Workday. - Identify and escalate process gaps, suggest improvements. - Prioritize daily workload in coordination with the team lead. - Work in rotational shifts, including US business hours. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience in HR support roles. - Experience with Workday and Taleo support is preferred. - Strong background in end-to-end HR operations. - Familiarity with HR onboarding applications and HR analytics/reporting tools.
