Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for
Workday
and other HR applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems such as
Workday
,
Taleo
, and
HR Onboarding applications
.
Generate and analyze reports using
Business Objects
or other reporting tools.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure smooth HR process execution.
Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Create presentations and reports using
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, etc.)
.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
(specialization in
Human Resources
preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — ability to build trust, interact, and negotiate with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, “figure things out,” and propose effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail
.
Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems and technologies.
A collaborative
team player
who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Experience with
Workday
