Workday Functional Consultants (Recruitment & Onboarding)

Responsibilities

Implement & support
Recruitment and Onboarding modules
(Job Requisitions, Applications, Offers, Employment Agreements).
Configure
Core HCM functions
: Position Management, Job Changes, Terminations.
Develop & maintain
EIBs, custom objects, and reports

Work with stakeholders for
requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT
.
Mentor junior team members (for Senior role).
