As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for: - Implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM for global rollouts. - Understanding Workday security domains and maintaining security on business processes. - Configuring various business processes within Core HCM. - Setting up staffing models, jobs, positions, grades, and compensation plans. - Analyzing Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes in relation to clients" existing configuration. - Understanding Workday's Implementation Methodology and utilizing it on implementation projects. - Migrating functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader. - Creating custom reports and having exposure to Composite Reports is a plus. In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Workday HCM Principal Certification is a must. - Module-specific certification is a plus. - Professional Experience of at least 1 year in implementing or supporting Workday.
