Workday Integration Specialist

• Design, build, and maintain

  Workday integrations

  using

  Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs), PECI, XML/XSLT

• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to

  gather integration requirements

  and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, ensuring

  data consistency and security

  across all systems.
• Support Workday releases by

  reviewing upcoming changes

  and ensuring integrations remain functional and compliant.
• Create and maintain

  technical documentation

  for all integrations and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to

  implement and test system interfaces

  .
• Participate in system upgrades, data migration, and automation initiatives.
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

  in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience

  working with Workday integrations.
• Hands-on experience with

  Workday Studio

  ,

  Core Connectors

  ,

  EIB

  ,

  Workday Report Writer

  , and

  PECI

  .
• Strong understanding of

  XML/XSLT, SOAP, REST, and data transformation

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving and analytical

  skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Integration Certification

  strongly preferred.
• Experience with

  Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials

  modules.
• Knowledge of

  security frameworks, data privacy, and compliance (GDPR, SOC, etc.

  )
