Workday Integration Specialist

Role Overview: As a Workday Integration Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for handling Workday HCM/Finance integrations, custom report services (CRS), and authentication protocols. Your main focus will be on replicating customer-reported issues, resolving metadata sync failures, managing schema/report drift, and optimizing connector configurations. You will collaborate closely with engineering and support teams to enhance product adoption and reduce resolution times. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain Workday test/sandbox environments. - Reproduce and troubleshoot metadata sync issues from CRS. - Handle schema drift and null field issues in integrations. - Validate JWT/OAuth/SAML authentication configurations. - Create reusable templates, technical documentation, and RCA summaries. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of Workday integration experience. - Hands-on expertise with Workday HCM/Finance, CRS, and APIs. - Strong skills in authentication and connector debugging. - Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday customers.
