As an IT services and solutions company, you will play a key role in the design and development of Workday integrations as a Workday Integration Specialist. Although we are not actively hiring for this position currently, we are looking to build a talent pipeline for future opportunities. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Workday Integration Cloud for both cloud-based and on-premise solutions. Your role will involve building and managing integrations using EIB, Workday Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. Additionally, you will utilize Workday Prism Analytics for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Workday Integration Cloud - Build and manage integrations using EIB, Workday Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services - Utilize Workday Prism Analytics for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports - Develop and execute automated testing using Appium and Tricentis Tosca - Create, modify, and enhance Workday Reporting solutions - Integrate Workday HCM modules with third-party systems - Utilize the Workday Business Process Framework to automate workflows - Execute and support testing efforts using XTT - Certify and maintain integrations in line with PICOF - Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and technical teams - Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing support - Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards - Maintain best practices, documentation, and design patterns - Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in Workday Integration Cloud and Workday Studio - Expertise in Workday Core Connectors and EIB - Proficient in XML, XSLT, and SQL - Solid experience with Workday HCM modules and Workday Reporting - Strong knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework - Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics - Strong experience with Appium and Tricentis Tosca - Hands-on experience with XTT - Familiarity with PICOF - Experience with Workday Cloud and On-Premise Integration solutions - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Please note that this job description is for a future opportunity and aims to build a talent pipeline for potential roles.
