Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, configure, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio and other relevant tools.
Design and maintain HCM and payroll integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Build and deliver custom reports and integration solutions as per business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing integration best practices.
Support Time Tracking integrations (nice to Skills :
3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM integrations.
Strong proficiency in Workday Studio.
Experience with reporting and payroll integrations.
Exposure to Time Tracking integrations (secondary requirement).
Good understanding of Workday security, data sources, and integration frameworks.
Workday Integration Certification preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
