Job Description

Location- Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon/Chennai Responsibilities Functional expertise about all Workday modules • Extensive experience as Workday functional SME • Extensive overall years of experience • Workday certified is a plus • Lead/Architect experience preferred • Workday Extend knowledge is a plus • Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday • Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday HCM functionality & configuration • Impart training to users on Workday Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications BE/MBA/M.Tech/MBA/BSC/MSC • Should have experience in Workday HCM Implementation and Support Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules is critical. • Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows. • Proficiency with business processes including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required. • Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project. • Good communication and customer facing skills. • Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
