You will be responsible for working across multiple Workday modules, delivering innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Your role will involve configuring and customizing Workday to optimize HR and financial operations. You should be able to adapt quickly to diverse project demands as no two days are the same. Independently gathering client requirements, analyzing business challenges, and designing transformational solutions will be part of your daily tasks. Engaging in both Workday implementations and post-production support is crucial to ensure ongoing value for clients. You will need to step up when needed by leading teams, driving projects, and creating impact. Additionally, you will be required to mentor and upskill the next generation of Workday consultants through our Graduate Program and serve as a trusted Workday advisor, guiding clients to maximize their Workday investment. Collaboration with some of the best Workday minds in the industry is also expected.
